Hypnotherapy is a very helpful way to help teens learn to manage anxiety provoking situations. We can work together to identify techniques and thoughts that are helpful in managing our worry when we are getting a shot, running a race, or taking a test. I usually meet with at student 3-4 times to identify what helps and practice together using visualization and kid's rich imagination.  I am happy to explain more about my approach over a phone call.
